These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on thelifeisaschool.eu by consumers and professionals within the European Union and beyond.

2. Products & Services Available

• Physical products: school supplies, books
• Digital products: ebooks, downloadable resources
• Online courses and on-demand training
• Live workshops and events
• Administrative support services

3. Ordering Process

1. Browse and add items to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and enter your details.
3. Select your payment method and confirm your order.
4. You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in EUR, inclusive of applicable VAT.
• Prices may vary by country/market due to local tax regulations.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order.

5. Payment

We accept: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.

6. Delivery

• Physical products: shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (see Shipping Policy).
• Digital products & courses: delivered instantly via email or your account dashboard.
• Services: delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of purchase.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

• You have 14 days from receipt of physical goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
• For digital content (ebooks, courses accessed online): the right of withdrawal is waived upon download/access, provided you gave explicit prior consent.
• For live workshops: withdrawal is possible up to 7 days before the event date.
• For administrative services: withdrawal is possible before work commences.

8. Warranties

All physical products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
