📋 REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Effective Date: June 21, 2026

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any physical product, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are issued once a file has been downloaded, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Customers must explicitly consent to waive their right of withdrawal before completing the purchase.
If a file is defective or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Before access is granted: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase.
After access is granted: No refund once course content has been accessed, unless the content is materially different from its description.
For live workshops: cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
If we cancel a workshop, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a service cannot be delivered as described, a full or partial refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
